To answer your question: Yes! It was me. I pieced it together - a hell of a reel for Golden Girls. It was a bit of a challenge at first. But in the end it turned out to be the biggest, most amazing showreel I ever worked on. Featuring work of directors Arash T. Riahi, Arman T. Riahi, Verena Soltiz, Raphael Barth and many more.

A few weeks ago my friend Martin told me he is currently working on the transcription of Frank Zappa's »G-Spot Tornado« for guitar. I dig this song, especially the orchestral version, interpreted by Ensemble Modern in 1993. Hearing it, I imagine little fluffies, ants, »squalbs« (such as described by MMW on their amazing album »Let's Go Everywhere«) and other tiny creatures joining forces and marching against an evil power - such as human legs and stuff. Anyway, Martin asked me to film him performing his version of »G-Spot Tornado«, which is essentially a one by one transcription of the original track released on Frank Zappa's visionary studioalbum »Jazz From Hell«. Zappa himself considered the song »to be impossible to play by humans«. Well, Martin did it. I framed it. Here is what it sounds and looks like... »Whip it out!«

On Setpember 5th 2012 »ELISABETH« - the most successful german-speaking musical of all times - will return home to Vienna after 20 years of travelling around the globe and inspiring millions of fans. I edited a series of 3 spots for the initiative »Kunst hat Recht«. The first clip, named »Literatur hat Recht«, aired last friday and caused a lot of controversial discussion on facebook, youtube and other places over the weekend. Hence Golden Girl Filmproduktion's team and me did a good job ... causing awareness, that is.

»Namhafte Filmschaffende haben mit KünstlerInnen aus unterschiedlichen Kunstrichtungen für die Initiative "Kunst hat Recht." eine kleine Serie von kurzen Filmen produziert. Der erste Film "Literatur hat Recht." entstand unter der Regie von Sabine Derflinger mit Gerhard Ruiss (Autor und Musiker) und vielen anderen Darstellern. Die Musik stammt von Peter Janda, produziert hat den Film Golden Girls Filmproduktion.
